Terms and Conditions
	This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which TemplateWorld.com, makes this Affiliate Program available to you. By becoming the Affiliate and using the Affiliate Program you wholly agree to be bound by and follow all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Compensation: TemplateWorld.com Affiliates can earn commissions upto 30% of the total sales originating from authorized affiliate links. Payments will be made once a minimum earnings of 50 US Dollars or greater is achieved. Payments will be made to a PayPal account or a valid mailing address, which must be provided by the Affiliate. Account Details and Tracking: To become an Affiliate you must enroll in the Affiliate Program by opening an Affiliate account. Once the affiliate registration process is complete, the username and password provided by you at the time of sign up may be used for various purposes including access to detailed tracking and statistics, for the acquisition of valid affiliate tracking links and for advertisements. Due Diligence: To ensure authenticity, TemplateWorld.com holds the right to verify the commissions generated by the affiliate. TemplateWorld.com reserves the right to cancel the commissions for bogus or false commissions. Terms of Use: Affiliates agree not to use spam or similar methods which are illegal or fraudulent to gather Affiliate Program commissions through the TemplateWorld.com affiliate program. You also agree that TemplateWorld.com holds the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. Relationship of Parties: Nothing contained herein shall imply any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between the parties. You will have no right to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section. Disclaimers: TemplateWorld.com does not express or imply any warranties or representations in respect of the Affiliate Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, noninfringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). Furthermore, we make no claims that our site will be uninterrupted or error-free and we will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of interruptions or down time. Indemnification: You hereby agree to insure, defend and hold harmless TemplateWorld.com, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, corporate affiliates, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the "Losses"), in so far as such Losses (or actions in respect thereof) caused due to or are based on (i) any claim or threatened claim that our use of your name, titles, logos or trademarks infringes on the rights of any third party; (ii) the breach of any representation or warranty made by you herein; or (iii) or any claim related to the development, operation, maintenance or content of Your site. This section survives termination of this Agreement. Termination: This Affiliate Program account may be terminated by either party at any time.
