We take utmost care to prevent any kind of third party intellectual property (like copyright, trademark, trade dress and right of publicity) infringement and thereby prohibit our designers from using materials which are copyright protected. Therefore, we allow intellectual property owners to communicate any kind of infringement of rights which has come to their notice.

If you feel that your material has been used without your permission by our designers, we will immediately remove the infringing contents from our website. And in case, the designer is found to use your property or of others persistently, then we will terminate our services with the designer.

If in case you feel that our designer has violated your intellectual property rights, we request you to provide the following details regarding the same to our Copyright Officer.

(a) A physical or electronic signature of an individual who holds the right to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other rights that have been reportedly infringed.

(b) Identification of the copyright, trademark or other rights that have been apparently infringed.

(c) The URL or product number(s) of the copyright violating merchandize which have been supposedly used by our site. Please note that a mere mention of "www.templateworld.com" will not suffice to identify the objectionable material. So kindly include the links to the particular design in question.

(d) Your name, address, telephone number and email address.

(e) A declaration stating that you have authentic and genuine belief that the use of the copyrighted material has not received authorization for use by the rights owner, its agent or the law.

(f) A statement that the information in the notification is absolutely correct and, under penalty for dishonest use, you are approved to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other right that is allegedly breached.
